I’M A FATHER! (AGAIN!)

Those of you that follow me on Facebook know good and well by now that my third daughter, Violet, was born without a hitch last Friday morning. Things truly could not have gone better and her mother and I are so, so relieved. A lot of people asked me in the months leading up to this if what I really wanted was a boy and my response was always the same: “I don’t care about that. I just want a healthy baby.” And we got one.

Life is a series of adjustments right now, and a whole lot of bliss. I’m genuinely happy.

THE STAR MAIDEN/SPY GAL/PINK SHADE COMEDY HOUR

This is one of my favorite pages of this story. I had a lot of fun writing the interplay between the three leading ladies and Chris Watkins did not disappoint in his illustrations. If you agree, then you really need to check out Chris’s own webcomic, Odori Park. Not only is he growing as an artist by leaps and bounds, but his story is a charming tale of an East-meets-West family that deserves a larger audience.
