The back-and-forth Dark/Star Maiden is a fun one for me. Dark is so much fun to write because, at this point, she’s kind of Kylo Renning it and trying to resist the pull towards the light, but I do tend to miss Star quite a bit when she’s not around. Her particular brand of crazy makes me happy. Lately, I’ve been working on a big, big SF project and it’s given me cause to go back to and reread a lot of the early Star Maiden stuff and remember what she was and how much light and humor she brought to the story just as it was starting to turn into the dark saga it is now. Atomic Fly is kind of my go-to for humor now, but Star was on a whole different level. Would be nice to see her back.
See you on Wednesday with 739 – The Sound of Jerry Slurping His Soup!
First off Welcome Back to the series for the both of you. Secondly: WHY do the heroes want to restore Star Maiden to her formerly darker half ?
I ask this question because I can’t help but think this is going to backfire on them badly.
You’re right. That WOULD backfire on them badly.
More than that, I can’t say!
And thanks, it’s good to be back!
