This strip is probably the best indicator of what you’re in for in the next chapter. A bunch of alternate versions of our characters have come over to this side of the multiverse and there’s so much potential just in them bouncing off against each other that, as a storyteller, I can’t pass it up. What does Soviet Sam have to say to President Reed? How is Alt Spy Gal different from our Spy Gal? What does General Will think is so different about him and Captain Spectacular?? And what about Thrice Evil? Will he and his counterpart ever come into contact? This is the kind of stuff I want to explore before we head into our final chapters.
