Happy Mondays, folks! I’m not much of a “words” kind of guy. I prefer to let my pictures do the talking, so I’ll keep this brief and let you all handle the speculation.
Speaking of my art, did you know you can follow me on Instagram, Tumblr, and Facebook and see some of my other fun sketches and projects? Well now you do!
Interesting, but does Captain have the will and the strength to beat back Thrice Evil and his army ?
Especially after years of torment he suffered ?
With two arms tied behind his back and missing both legs. Again. I maintain once again that this earth avalon version of thrice evil isn’t even remotely a viable threat.
I respectfully disagree. Mostly on the grounds that Money Man would’t have spent the time and ressources and even a loss of life to stop him, if he wasn’t a real threat. I think we’ve got to face up to the fact that the reason Thrice will be a threat, is that “our” heroes are inferior to those of Avalon, by a great margin. So it’s going to be the failed heroes vs. the failed villains. Kind of like thrice may get his ass kicked when he’s up against the big leaguers, but that doesn’t mean junior league will stand a chance :/ On the other hand, I’m still in doubt as to wether he is actually the great threat Money Man is truly warning about or if there’s something even more sinister coming. Thrice may just be the “warm up”
I think devilflamejr is right. I think f it as a kind of “lead vest”-scenario. Avalon has way stronger heroes and therefore it’s villains have fought harder against them than their counterparts in the mainstream universe, which made them al the more stronger. If they pick an easy target now, they’re set.
This is a good discussion.
The only thing needed fo evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing – or to be in the right universe.
I always knew there was something missing from that proverb.
Still, he’s got to ovecome Zurida. How’s Thrice going to manage that? Maybe that’s what his plan is.
Given he has agents in the Fogeys’ universe, it’s right to assume he knows all about Zurida and what she’s up to.
