I think 419 strips is a pretty long ways to go for a superhero to not show off his power, don’t you think? You guys can react however you like, but to me this feels like a triumphant moment.
Marc really surprised me with the last panel. I mean, we’re seeing almost nothing of Swifty. I saw this cool running pose in my head, but Marc knew the power of the shark is in it not working. Kudos, my friend.

Oh, no – she’s going to smack him around again. Not looking forward to this.
And yes – a Roadrunner trail with crackling bolts of the speedforce? Very nice.
Run swifty! Run like the wind to your beloved!
Oh wow.
Ho boy. I hope this goes well…
Are we about to see how he gets thrown into the bubbles of time?
ooh i bet your right. cant wait to find out.
Did he not notice his other love interest from the past there as well?
She’s not on the screen he’s watching. But you’re right… she is there.
I knew he still had it in him!
BTW… loving the action. You’ve built a wonderful universe of inaction heroes, but it looks like the time has come for them to rise to the occasion. Love it!
Well, one of them anyway! But yes… the inaction heroes are not quite living up their name of late.
It almost feels wrong that he should use his super power at all, even now, lol. It’d be hilarious if he was hobbling “fastly” on his walker, but the story would be much slower in pace as well, ha ha. Very nice art and continuing development in story today guys!
The Quick Quentin is back!
Wow! Swifty’s still got it! There’s nothing like a “Maiden” in distress to bring out the hero in someone again.
His joints are going to hurt and he will whine sooo much.
