BYE BYE T.L. COLLINS

With today’s page we bid a fond farewell to T.L. Collins, who is sick of me and my “Oops, forgot about this in the script…think you can redraw that panel?” Thanks for the memories, T.L. You were a good sport while it lasted.

Kidding. Of course T.L. is just taking a brief hiatus while he works on his own, truly great comic Bullfinch, and also a special, Valhalla-era story with Soviet Sam that will only be seen in print.

I want to thank T.L. for his latest run at SFO. The past 9 weeks of pages have been some of his best–if not the very best.  TL’s a class act. He’s never let me down, and never blown a deadline.  That’s a remarkable thing in this day and age, but TL does it week in and week out with only my neuroses and your lovely comments as payment.

TL will be back soon, of course, with the story many of you have been waiting for–“Harvey the Science Rabbit, Part 1.”

SUPERFOGEYS ORIGINS UPDATE

Krishna Sadasivam of PC Weenies and Uncubed fame has completed his art on his SFO story, “Spy Gal vs. Star Maiden!” That story kicks off right here next week.  Krishna is a real pro and drew up this story good in record time.  Can’t wait for you guys to see it.

SUPERFOGEYS CAMEO IN “LI’L TOE COMICS!”

Big thanks to Bobby Pauls for featuring SF Volume One in his latest “Li’l Toe Comics” strip, and for his kind words about SF to boot! That’s right–a fictional character is reading SF Volume One, but do you have yours?

JUST A FEW DAYS LEFT TO NOMINATE IN THE WEBCOMIC READERS’ CHOICE AWARDS!

Just a quick note to let you know that the second annual Webcomic Reader’s Choice Awards is currently in the nomination phase, with only a few days left until voting begins. Some of you have already nominated the SuperFogeys in several categories, and for that I thank you.  There are still a couple of categories left where SF has no presence, so should you feel inclined to nominate SF or SFO or any other webcomic you enjoy, I suggest you head on over and get started.

See You on Thursday with SF 231!
