This past weekend, our resident artist, Marc Lapierre, held court at the Bing Con in Springfield, MA. He had a limited number of copies of SuperFogeys Vol. 1 (not available in stores yet) on hand and the first one he sold was to none other than comics legend and Elfquest co-creator Richard Pini!

I love how they wasted their precious pee in fear, great final panel. Now that I think about it, we haven’t seen avalon’s space pig, have we? Does that mean that he wasn’t branded as a traitor on that time line? And does their space pigs have 5 fingers instead of hoofs? (that would be creepy)
The pee is indeed precious. And now, it cannot help them.
I’ll save you the suspense and say: Avalon’s Space Pig is not a character we’ll be getting to. Maybe one day I’ll get to tell the story of Earth-Avalon and in a SuperFogeys Origin. I imagine he’d pop up then.
