Nothing funny here.  Again.  I’m pushing the readers’ limits, but all for a (hopefully) good purpose.
Some people felt the Captain was out of character here.  I disagree, of course, but I think I understand why they might think that.  To me, the Captain sees Jerry as his “son.”  He would do anything for him, even if it means asking for Dr. Rocket’s help.  Doesn’t mean CS always treats Jerry well, but there’s a real love there.
The Space Pig pops up just because I didn’t want his appearance in the next strip to be so out of the blue.  Plus, it gave me a chance to do a perspective I’m usually no good with. Not that I was this time, but at least I tried, right?
