I love this strip.  You need that reaction to the name “Third Man” and the leap in logic Star Maiden makes here is a nice shout-out to one of my heroes, Orson Welles. Some day, I have to actually draw a Zombie Orson Welles.
In that first panel, Dictator Tot is being removed from the room by Nurse Carter.  I cheated on that big time, but I hope you still get the idea.
