Even while Marc is hard at work on strips for Chapter 15, he still continues to crank out these fantastic sketches of the younger incarnations of new characters you’ll be seeing soon. Today it’s Carnation Belle (who, technically, we’ve seen once or twice before…)!
Carnation Belle was quite the looker back in the day. Homecoming Queen, Prom Queen, Miss Arizona… she learned early on that good looks were powerful. So, using her amazing ability to send tongues wagging, Carnation Belle decided to fight crime the only way she knew how–with distraction! Many a bank robbery was foiled and many a sack of money dropped by the flash of her leg and the pout of her lips. It is said that some ne’er-do-wells embarked on a life of crime just to meet her!
